Where, in any proceedings in the Court, there is a trial of the proceedings or of any issue in the proceedings with a jury, an application for--
(a) the setting aside of a verdict or judgment,
(b) a new trial, or
(c) the alteration of a verdict by increasing or reducing any amount of debt, damages or other money,shall be by appeal to the Court of Appeal.
