SOIL CONSERVATION ACT 1938 - SECT 25
Leases25 Leases
The Minister may lease any land acquired by the Minister for the purposes of
this Act to any person at such rent, and subject to such covenants and
conditions as the Minister may determine.
The term of any such lease shall not exceed five years.
