New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsWhere the Minister has, pursuant to this section, as in force before the date of assent to the Soil Conservation (Amendment) Act 1978 , or section 14A, let on hire any machinery, plant or equipment or provided labour, materials or services to any owner for the purpose of carrying out any works in respect of which an advance is to be made under this Part, the Authority shall, at the request of the Minister, pay to the Minister the amount of the charge therefor or the cost thereof and thereupon that amount shall, for the purposes of this Part, be deemed to have been advanced to the owner.
