SOIL CONSERVATION ACT 1938 - SECT 22D

22D Authority to make advances

(1) In any case where the applicant notifies the Minister under section 22C (3) that the applicant desires the advance such advance shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be made by the Authority by way of loan bearing interest at such rate as may be fixed by the Treasurer.
