Minister may let machinery etc

14A Minister may let machinery etc

The Minister may:

(a) let on hire any machinery, plant or equipment, or
(b) provide labour, materials or services,
to any person for the purpose of the carrying out of works, subject to payment of such charge or cost as may be agreed upon.
