New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsAny amount payable under a guarantee executed under this Act shall:
(a) despite the provisions of the Public Lotteries Act 1996 , be paid out of the Sport and Recreation Fund established under section 34 of that Act, or
(b) where the fund referred to in paragraph (a) is insufficient to cover the amount payable, be paid by the Treasurer, without further appropriation than this Act, out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund,or be paid partly as referred to in paragraph (a) and partly as referred to in paragraph (b).
