SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1984 - SECT 7

7 Reports on investigations

(1) As soon as practicable after completing an investigation referred to in section 6 (a) or (b), the Corporation shall prepare and forward to the Minister a report containing:

(a) the results of the investigation, and

(b) such recommendations arising from the investigation as the Corporation may consider appropriate.

(2) A report referred to in subsection (1) may not be published otherwise than by, or with the approval of, the Minister.
