SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1984 - SECT 17

17 Proof of certain matters not required

In any legal proceedings, no proof shall be required (until evidence is given to the contrary) of:

(a) the constitution of the Corporation,

(b) any resolution of the Corporation,

(c) the appointment of, or the holding of office by, any member of the Corporation, or

(d) the presence of a quorum at any meeting of the Corporation.
