SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT 1984 - SECT 10
Advisory committees
(1) The Corporation may appoint such advisory committees as may be necessary
to enable it to exercise its functions.
(2) At least one of the members of an
advisory committee shall be a member of the Corporation.
