STATE BANK (PRIVATISATION) ACT 1994 - SECT 26
Operation of this Act
26 Operation of this Act
(1) This Act binds the Crown in right of New South Wales and also, so far as
the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other
capacities.
(2) This Act has effect despite anything in: (a) the
State Owned Corporations Act 1989 , or
(b) the State Bank
(Corporatisation) Act 1989 , or
(c) the memorandum or articles of association
of the Bank or any subsidiary of the Bank.
