STATE AUTHORITIES SUPERANNUATION ACT 1987 - SECT 7

7 Employees of Crown etc

An employee of the Crown, the Government or a Minister of the Crown shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be employed by such person or organisation as may be prescribed.
