STATES AND NORTHERN TERRITORY GRANTS (RURAL ADJUSTMENT) AGREEMENT RATIFICATION ACT 1989 - SECT 3

3 Interpretation

(1) In this Act, "the Agreement" means the Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1.

(2) For the purposes of this Act and the Agreement, "the Authority" is the State of New South Wales or an instrumentality designated by the Minister to be the Authority for those purposes.
