"contributing employee" means an employee who:
(a) is a contributor to an associated superannuation scheme (within the meaning of the Superannuation Administration Act 1991 as in force immediately before the commencement of the First State Superannuation Act 1992 ), or
(b) elects or is taken to have elected under section 2A, 2B or 2C of the State Authorities Superannuation Act 1987 to contribute to the Fund under that Act."non-contributing employee" means an employee who is not a contributing employee.
