STATE AUTHORITIES NON-CONTRIBUTORY SUPERANNUATION ACT 1987 - SECT 17
Contributions for irregular employees
(1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the
contributions to be paid to STC in respect of irregular employees.
(2) Any
such regulations may have effect despite anything in section 14, 15 or 16.
