Constitution of Council
5 Constitution of Council
(1) This Act constitutes a corporation with the corporate name of the Council
of Saint Andrew’s College.
(2) The Council is a statutory body and a
statutory corporation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1987 , but
does not represent the State.
