SAINT ANDREW'S COLLEGE ACT 1998 - SECT 15

15 Eligibility for residency at College

(1) A student of the University who is engaged in any course of study is eligible for residency at the College regardless of that person’s religion.

(2) The by-laws may prescribe other classes of persons who are eligible for residency at the College.
