SUPERANNUATION ADMINISTRATION AUTHORITY CORPORATISATION ACT 1999 - SECT 9
Transfer of specified assets, rights and liabilities to Ministerial Holding Corporation or other person
(1) The Minister may, on or before the dissolution of SAA, by order in
writing, transfer such assets, rights and liabilities of SAA as are specified
or referred to in the order to the Ministerial Holding Corporation or to any
other person on behalf of the State.
(2) Schedule 1 applies to a transfer
under this section.
