Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages to be notified of order
49 Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages to be notified of order
(1) The registrar of the Court is to give notice of a parentage order, or a
discharge of a parentage order, made by the Court to the Registrar of Births,
Deaths and Marriages.
(2) The regulations may make provision for the form in
which the notice is to be given and the information required to be included in
the notice.
