37 Repeals

The following Acts and instrument are repealed:

(a) the Survey Co-ordination Act 1949 ,

(b) the Survey (Geocentric Datum of Australia) Act 1999 ,

(c) the Survey Marks Act 1902 ,

(d) the Surveyors Act 1929 ,

(e) the Surveyors (General) Regulation 1999 .
