Exercising powers of entry without certificate of authority
26 Exercising powers of entry without certificate of authority
At all times while exercising the powers conferred by Part 4, a person must
carry, and produce on demand, a certificate of authority in the form
prescribed by the regulations.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
