Marks in the form of permanent survey marks not to be used without authority
25 Marks in the form of permanent survey marks not to be used without
authority
A person must not insert in any land any mark resembling a
permanent survey mark unless authorised to do so by the regulations.
Maximum
penalty: 15 penalty units.
