Certain provisions of this Part apply also to former surveyors
16A Certain provisions of this Part apply also to former surveyors
For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Part relating to
professional misconduct extend to any person who was a registered surveyor at
the time that any professional misconduct allegedly occurred but who is no
longer a registered surveyor.
