SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916 - SECT 86
Regulations
86 Regulations
(1) The Governor may, on the recommendation of STC, make regulations not
inconsistent with this Act prescribing all matters which by this Act are
required or permitted to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient
to be prescribed for carrying this Act into effect.
(2) The regulations may
provide a penalty not exceeding 0.5 penalty unit for any breach thereof.
