New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsIn the case of a contributor to whom the last paragraph of section 84 of the Commonwealth Constitution applies, STC shall on the contributor’s transfer to the Public Service of the Commonwealth pay to the Treasurer (who may pay the same to the Commonwealth) the amount of the contributions made to the fund by such contributor. This section shall be deemed to have commenced on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
