RURAL WORKERS ACCOMMODATION ACT 1969 - SECT 20

No double jeopardy

20 No double jeopardy

Where an act or omission constitutes an offence:

(a) under this Act or the regulations, and
(b) under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 or the regulations under that Act,
the offender is not liable to be punished twice in respect of the offence.
