RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 7

7 “Owner” of residential premises

For the purposes of this Act, a person "owns" residential premises in a retirement village if the person is:

(a) the registered proprietor of the premises, or

(b) the owner of shares that give rise to a residence right in respect of the premises.
