(a) the Rental Bond Interest Account established under the Landlord and Tenant (Rental Bonds) Act 1977 , in accordance with section 20 of that Act, and
(b) the Property Services Statutory Interest Account established under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 , in accordance with section 190 of that Act.
