RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 19

19 General information about retirement villages

(1) The operator of a retirement village must also provide general information about the retirement village industry and, in the case of a retirement village that is subject to a strata scheme, living in a strata scheme, in a form approved by the Director-General, to any person to whom a disclosure statement is provided.

(2) The general information must be provided no later than at the time the disclosure statement is provided.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
