Development consent14 Development consent
If development consent is required before development for the purposes of a retirement village can be carried out, a person must not--
(a) advertise, or otherwise promote, the proposed village, or
(b) advertise the sale of residential premises (or the right to occupy residential premises) in the proposed village,before the consent has been obtained.
: Maximum penalty--100 penalty units.
