RETIREMENT VILLAGES ACT 1999 - SECT 130
Tribunal cannot terminate certain residence contracts
The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction under this Act:
(a) to terminate a
residence contract if the resident owns the premises concerned, or
(b) to
determine any question as to the title to any land.
