RECREATION VEHICLES ACT 1983 - SECT 16

16 Register

(1) The Roads and Traffic Authority shall cause a register to be kept for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The Roads and Traffic Authority registers a motor vehicle under this Act by causing to be entered in the register:

(a) the prescribed particulars in relation to the motor vehicle, and

(b) the name of, and the prescribed particulars in relation to, the applicant for registration of the motor vehicle.
