New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe object of this Act is to apply in New South Wales registration charges and other charges for certain heavy vehicles (that is, vehicles with a mass rating for charging of more than 4.5 tonnes) agreed with the Commonwealth and other States and Territories as part of a scheme for uniform national road transport charges based on the cost of road use by such heavy vehicles.
