Delegation by Authority
13 Delegation by Authority
(1) The Authority may, by signed instrument,
delegate to a person prescribed by the regulations all or any of its powers
(other than this power of delegation) under this Act or the regulations.
(2)
Nothing in this section affects any other power or delegation that the
Authority has under any other Act.
