ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 2005 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation, except as provided by this section.

(2) Schedule 3.33 [1]-[3] and [15]-[19] commence on the commencement of Part 5 of the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 or on the commencement of this Act, whichever occurs later.
