New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsExcept as provided by section 132 (which exempts the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation and the Aboriginal Housing Office from certain provisions of this Act), this Act binds the Crown, not only in right of New South Wales but also, so far as the legislative power of Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
