RAIL SAFETY NATIONAL LAW (NSW) - SECT 254

254 Compliance with rail safety undertaking

A person must not contravene a rail safety undertaking made by that person that is in effect.

: Maximum penalty--

(a) in the case of an individual--$10 000;

(b) in the case of a body corporate--$50 000.
