Rail safety officers subject to Regulator's directions
142 Rail safety officers subject to Regulator's directions
(1) A rail safety officer is subject to the directions of the Regulator in the
exercise of his or her powers under this Law.
(2) A direction under
subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter
or specified class of matter.
