28MF Registrar-General may cancel lapsed caution
(1) The Registrar-General may, if the Registrar-General thinks fit, cancel a
caution that lapses by the operation of this Part.
(2) In particular, the
Registrar-General may, if the Registrar-General thinks fit, cancel a caution
that lapses in accordance with section 28M (3).
