New South Wales Consolidated Acts New South Wales Consolidated ActsThe Supreme Court may, on the application of any person seeking to bring land under this Act, order any specified person who has in his or her possession or under his or her control any deeds, instruments, or evidences of title relating to or affecting the land, to produce and leave the same at the office of the Registrar-General, on a day to be named in such order, upon such terms and subject to such conditions as to costs or otherwise as to the Court may seem fit.
