Recovery of Imposts Act 1963 No 21 (formerly Limitation of Actions (Recovery of Imposts) Act 1963). Assented to 10.4.1963. This Act has been amended as follows:

1993 No 96 Limitation of Actions (Recovery of Imposts) Amendment Act 1993. Assented to 30.11.1993.
Date of commencement, 3.12.1993, sec 2 and GG No 134 of 3.12.1993, p 7068.
1995 No 98 State Revenue Legislation Further Amendment Act 1995. Assented to 21.12.1995.
Date of commencement of Sch 6, 1.1.1996, sec 2 (1).
This Act has also been amended pursuant to an order under secs 8 (2) and 9 (3) of the Reprints Act 1972 No 48 (formerly Acts Reprinting Act 1972). Order dated 9.3.1988 and published in GG No 52 of 11.3.1988, p 1577, declaring that the Limitation of Actions (Recovery of Imposts) Act 1963 is an enactment to which sec 8 (2) and sec 9 (3) of the Reprints Act 1972 apply.
