RICE MARKETING ACT 1983 - SECT 131
Reports to be furnished
131 Reports to be furnished
(1) The Director-General shall furnish the
Minister with a copy of each report under sections 123 and 130.
(2) The
Minister shall furnish a copy of any such report to the authority concerned,
unless the Minister is satisfied that there are sufficient reasons for not
doing so.
