Alternative use of money raised by special purpose rates
51 Alternative use of money raised by special purpose rates
Despite section 50 (3), money received by an authority by imposition of a
special purpose rate that is surplus to the purpose for which the rate was
imposed may be used by the authority for any other purpose approved by the
Minister.
