RURAL LANDS PROTECTION ACT 1998 - SECT 30
State Council’s fund
(1) The State Council is to establish and maintain a fund into which is to be
paid all money received by the State Council by or under this or any other
Act.
(2) Money may, subject to this Act, be paid from the State Council’s
fund for any purpose allowed under this or any other Act.
