249 Amendment of Act to commence periodic elections for directors
(1)
Schedule 8 commences on 1 January 2014.
(2) This section and Schedule 8 are
repealed on 2 January 2014.
(3) The repeal of this section and Schedule 8
does not, because of the operation of section 30 of the Interpretation Act
1987 , affect any amendment made by Schedule 8.
