RURAL LANDS PROTECTION ACT 1998 - SECT 19
Constitution of State Council
(1) There is constituted by this Act a corporation under the corporate name of
State Management Council of Livestock Health and Pest Authorities (the
"State Council").
(2) The State Council does not, for any purpose, represent
the Crown.
