RURAL LANDS PROTECTION ACT 1998 - SECT 140

Release of impounded stock

140 Release of impounded stock

A person must not, without the authority of an impounding authority:

(a) release, or
(b) incite or assist any person to release,
any animal impounded, or seized or detained in a district for the purpose of being impounded.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
