State Policy Council of Livestock Health and Pest Authorities
14 State Policy Council of Livestock Health and Pest Authorities
(1) The State Policy Council of Livestock Health and Pest Authorities (the
"Policy Council") is established by this Act.
(2) The Policy Council does
not, for any purpose, represent the Crown.
(3) The Policy Council is, in the
exercise of its functions, subject to the control and direction of the
Minister.
