Authorities accountable to State Council
12 Authorities accountable to State Council
(1) An authority is responsible for the operation of the authority in
accordance with any guidelines, and specific orders under section 27, of the
State Council.
(2) An authority is, in the exercise of its functions, subject
to the control and direction of the State Council.
