State Council accountable to Policy Council for implementation of general policies
11 State Council accountable to Policy Council for implementation of general
policies
(1) The State Council is responsible for the implementation by the authorities
of the general policies for the protection of rural lands and the operation of
authorities that are determined from time to time by the Policy Council.
(2)
An authority must give the State Council any information about the operations
of the authority that the State Council requests.
