(1) The Minister is to appoint the holder of a statutory
office or a public servant as the Registrar of Retail Tenancy Disputes for the
purposes of this Act.
(2) The Registrar may, for the purposes of this Act and
with the approval of the Minister, arrange for the use of the services of any
staff or facilities of a government department, administrative office or a
public or local authority.
(3) The Registrar may delegate to any public
servant the exercise of any function of the Registrar under this Act, except
this power of delegation.
